Kazuki Mizutani（以下、「当方」といいます。）は、当方が提供するアプリケーション（以下、「このアプリ」といいます。）におけるユーザーの個人情報を含む利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

1. 収集する利用者情報及び収集方法

本ポリシーにおいて、「利用者情報」とは、ユーザーの識別に係る情報、通信サービス上の行動履歴、その他ユーザーのスマートフォン等の端末においてユーザーと関連して生成または蓄積された情報であって、本ポリシーに基づき当方が収集するものを意味するものとします。
このアプリにおいて当方が収集する利用者情報は、その収集方法に応じて、以下のようなものとなります。

  1. ユーザーからご提供いただく情報
    • ユーザー名やニックネーム（このアプリ内でユーザーが任意に設定する場合）
    • お問い合わせ時にご提供いただくメールアドレス等の連絡先情報
  2. ユーザーがこのアプリを利用するにあたって、当方が収集する可能性のある情報
    当方は、このアプリへのアクセス状況やそのご利用方法に関する情報を収集することがあります。これには以下の情報が含まれる可能性があります。
    • 端末情報： OSバージョン、機種名、このアプリが自動的に生成する内部識別子、広告ID（Advertising Identifier/IDFA）、IPアドレスなど
    • アプリの利用状況： アプリの起動日時、特定の機能の利用状況、操作履歴、エラー情報（クラッシュレポート）、Cookie及び匿名IDなど
    • 位置情報： ユーザーがこのアプリにおいて位置情報の利用を許可した場合に限り、GPS情報やネットワーク基地局情報等に基づくおおよその位置情報

2. 利用目的

当方は、取得した利用者情報を、以下の目的のために利用します。

  1. このアプリのサービス提供、維持、保護及び改善のため
    • ユーザーアカウントの管理（ユーザー名やニックネームを利用する場合）
    • このアプリにおける各種機能を提供するため
    • このアプリの利用状況を把握し、サービス改善や不具合の修正、新機能開発に役立てるため
    • 技術的なサポート、ユーザーからのお問い合わせに対応するため
  2. 広告配信のため
    • ユーザーに適した広告（第三者の広告ネットワークを利用したターゲティング広告を含む）をこのアプリ内に表示するため
    • 広告の効果測定のため
  3. このアプリに関する当方の規約、ポリシー等に違反する行為に対する対応のため
  4. 上記の利用目的に付随する利用目的のため

3. 第三者提供

当方は、利用者情報のうち、個人情報については、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ないで、第三者に提供しません。但し、次に掲げる場合はこの限りではありません。

  1. 法令に基づく場合
  2. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
  3. 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
  4. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき

上記以外に、このアプリでは、広告配信を目的として、第三者の広告配信事業者に、個人を直接特定できない情報（広告ID、端末情報、おおよその位置情報、アプリの利用状況など）を提供する場合があります。これらの情報は、各広告配信事業者のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。ユーザーは、モバイル端末の設定を変更することにより、パーソナライズド広告の表示を制限（オプトアウト）することができます。詳細については、各広告配信事業者のプライバシーポリシーや、お使いの端末のヘルプ等をご確認ください。

4. 情報収集モジュール等の利用について

このアプリには、広告配信および利用状況の分析のために、以下の情報収集モジュールが組み込まれる場合があります。これらの情報収集モジュールは、広告ID等を利用して利用者情報を収集し、それぞれの提供者が定めるプライバシーポリシーに基づき管理されます。

  • Google AdMob (Google LLC)
    • 提供者：Google LLC
    • 提供者のプライバシーポリシー：https://policies.google.com/privacy
    • 収集される可能性のある情報：広告ID、IPアドレス、デバイス情報、アプリの利用状況など
    • 利用目的：このアプリ内での広告配信、広告効果測定
    • オプトアウトの方法：Google広告設定 (https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated) や、モバイル端末の広告設定をご参照ください。

このアプリ内において、ウェブサイトコンテンツを表示する機能（WebViewなど）を通じて、以下のサービスが間接的に利用される場合があります。これらのサービスは、Cookie等を利用して情報を収集することがあり、それぞれの提供者が定めるプライバシーポリシーに基づき管理されます。

  • Google AdSense (Google LLC)
    • 提供者：Google LLC
    • 提供者のプライバシーポリシー：https://policies.google.com/privacy
    • 収集される可能性のある情報：Cookie、IPアドレス、ウェブサイトの閲覧履歴など
    • 利用目的：関連性の高い広告の表示、広告効果測定
    • オプトアウトの方法：ユーザーは、広告設定 (https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated) でパーソナライズ広告を無効にすることができます。また、www.aboutads.info にアクセスすれば、パーソナライズ広告に使われる第三者配信事業者の Cookie を無効にできます。
  • Amazonアソシエイト・プログラム
    • Kazuki Mizutaniは、Amazon.co.jpを宣伝しリンクすることによってサイトが紹介料を獲得できる手段を提供することを目的に設定されたアフィリエイトプログラムである、Amazonアソシエイト・プログラムの参加者です。このアプリ内でAmazon.co.jpへのリンクが含まれるコンテンツが表示される場合、ユーザーがそのリンクを経由して商品を購入した場合等に、当方が紹介料を獲得することがあります。
    • 第三者（Amazonや他の広告主など）がコンテンツおよび宣伝を提供し、訪問者から直接情報を収集し、訪問者のブラウザにCookieを設定したり、これを認識したりする場合があります。
    • 提供者のプライバシーポリシー：Amazon.co.jp プライバシー規約 (https://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GX7NJQ4ZB8MHFRNJ)
    • 収集される可能性のある情報：Cookie、クリック情報、購買情報など
    • 利用目的：紹介料のトラッキング、関連商品の推薦

5. 利用者情報の送信停止・削除について

ユーザーは、このアプリのアンインストール機能を利用してこのアプリを端末から削除することにより、当方による利用者情報の大部分の取得を停止することができます。
このアプリがユーザーから直接取得した個人情報について、ユーザーは当方に対し、その開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、または消去を求めることができます。具体的な方法は、「8. お問い合わせ窓口」までご連絡ください。

6. 安全管理措置

当方は、利用者情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止その他の利用者情報の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じるよう努めます。

7. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーは、当方が保有するご自身の個人情報について、法令の定めるところにより、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去、第三者提供の停止を請求することができます。これらの請求を行う場合は、「8. お問い合わせ窓口」までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認させていただいた上で、法令に基づき適切に対応いたします。

9. プライバシーポリシーの変更手続

当方は、利用者情報の取扱いに関する運用状況を適宜見直し、継続的な改善に努めるものとし、必要に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
変更した場合には、このアプリ内での通知または当方が運営するウェブサイト（お持ちの場合で、このアプリに関する情報を掲載している場合）への掲載等、当方が適切と判断する方法でユーザーに通知いたします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、通知または掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。ただし、法令上ユーザーの同意が必要となるような内容の変更の場合は、当方所定の方法でユーザーの同意を得るものとします。

Kazuki Mizutani (hereinafter referred to as “the Developer”) establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of user information, including personal information of users, in the application provided by the Developer (hereinafter referred to as “this Application”).

1. Information Collected and Collection Methods

In this Policy, “User Information” means information related to user identification, behavior history on communication services, and other information generated or accumulated in connection with users on their smartphones or other devices, which is collected by the Developer based on this Policy.
User Information collected by the Developer in this Application, depending on the collection method, includes the following:

  1. Information Provided by Users
    • Usernames or nicknames (if users voluntarily set them within this Application)
    • Contact information such as email addresses provided by users when making inquiries
  2. Information Potentially Collected by the Developer When Users Use This Application
    The Developer may collect information regarding access to and usage of this Application. This may include the following information:
    • Device Information: OS version, device model, internal identifier automatically generated by this Application, Advertising Identifier (IDFA), IP address, etc.
    • Application Usage: Application launch date/time, usage of specific features, operational history, error information (crash reports), cookies, anonymous IDs, etc.
    • Location Information: Approximate location information based on GPS information, network base station information, etc., only if the user permits the use of location information in this Application.

2. Purposes of Use

The Developer will use the acquired User Information for the following purposes:

  1. For providing, maintaining, protecting, and improving the services of this Application
    • For managing user accounts (if usernames or nicknames are used)
    • For providing various features within this Application
    • For understanding the usage of this Application to help improve services, fix defects, and develop new features
    • For providing technical support and responding to inquiries from users
  2. For distributing advertisements
    • For displaying advertisements suitable for users (including targeted advertisements using third-party ad networks) within this Application
    • For measuring the effectiveness of advertisements
  3. For responding to acts that violate the Developer’s terms, policies, etc., related to this Application
  4. For purposes incidental to the above purposes of use

3. Provision to Third Parties

The Developer will not provide Personal Information, among User Information, to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the user, except in the following cases:

  1. When required by law
  2. When it is necessary for the protection of a person’s life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
  3. When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of sound upbringing of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
  4. When it is necessary to cooperate with a state organ, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by one in executing the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations and obtaining the consent of the individual is likely to impede the execution of the said affairs

In addition to the above, this Application may provide information that does not directly identify individuals (such as advertising IDs, device information, approximate location information, application usage, etc.) to third-party ad distributors for the purpose of ad distribution. This information is managed based on the privacy policies of each ad distributor. Users can restrict the display of personalized advertisements (opt-out) by changing their mobile device settings. For details, please refer to the privacy policies of each ad distributor and the help section of your device.

4. Use of Information Collection Modules, etc.

This Application may incorporate the following information collection modules for ad distribution and usage analysis. These information collection modules collect User Information using advertising IDs, etc., and this information is managed based on the privacy policies established by each provider.

  • Google AdMob (Google LLC)
    • Provider: Google LLC

    • Information Potentially Collected: Advertising ID, IP address, device information, application usage, etc.
    • Purpose of Use: Ad distribution within this Application, ad effectiveness measurement
    • Opt-out Method: Please refer to Google Ad Settings (https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated) or your mobile device’s ad settings.

The following services may be indirectly used through features that display website content (such as WebView) within this Application. These services may collect information using cookies, etc., and this information is managed based on the privacy policies established by each provider.

  • Google AdSense (Google LLC)
    • Provider: Google LLC
    • Provider’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
    • Information Potentially Collected: Cookies, IP address, website browsing history, etc.
    • Purpose of Use: Display of relevant advertisements, ad effectiveness measurement
    • Opt-out Method: Users can disable personalized ads in Ad Settings (https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated). Users can also visit www.aboutads.info to opt out of third-party事業者の cookies used for personalized advertising.
  • Amazon Associates Program
    • Kazuki Mizutani is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.jp. If content containing links to Amazon.co.jp is displayed within this Application, the Developer may earn referral fees if users purchase products via those links.
    • Third parties (such as Amazon and other advertisers) may serve content and advertisements, collect information directly from visitors, and place or recognize cookies on visitors’ browsers.

    • Information Potentially Collected: Cookies, click information, purchase information, etc.
    • Purpose of Use: Tracking referral fees, recommending related products

5. Stopping Transmission and Deletion of User Information

Users can stop the acquisition of most User Information by the Developer by uninstalling this Application from their device using the uninstall feature.
Regarding Personal Information directly obtained from users by this Application, users can request the Developer to disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend the use of, or erase such information. For specific methods, please contact the “8. Contact Information” desk.

6. Security Control Measures

The Developer will strive to take necessary and appropriate measures for the security management of User Information, including the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage.

7. User Rights

Users may, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, request the Developer to disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend the use of, erase, or stop the provision to third parties of their Personal Information held by the Developer. To make such requests, please contact the “8. Contact Information” desk. After confirming the user’s identity, the Developer will respond appropriately based on laws and regulations.

9. Procedure for Amending this Policy

The Developer will review the operational status regarding the handling of User Information as appropriate and strive for continuous improvement, and may amend this Policy as necessary.
If this Policy is amended, the Developer will notify users by a method deemed appropriate by the Developer, such as notification within this Application or posting on a website operated by the Developer (if any, and if it contains information about this Application). The amended Privacy Policy shall become effective from the time of notification or posting, unless otherwise specified by the Developer. However, if the amendment requires user consent under applicable laws and regulations, the Developer will obtain user consent by a method prescribed by the Developer.
